Additionally, we provide a variety of HR solutions through Domino Oak, including salary portage, training, evaluation, and transition management.
- We are currently seeking an **Educational and Social Caregiver** for a temporary role within an IME in Marseille. In this position, you will report directly to the service manager of the facility. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Enhancing the quality of care for children by ensuring their hygiene and comfort.
- Delivering tailored support in alignment with each child's individual development plan.
- Facilitating group activities that are suitable for the residents and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and oversee each resident's personalized project.
- Applicants must possess a **Diploma in Medical-Psychological Aid** or in educational and social caregiving. Previous experience working with children and adolescents with disabilities is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and a collaborative spirit are essential for success in this role.
