Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Educational Program Manager to lead our team in providing vital services to individuals facing extreme precarity. You will play a crucial role in managing our diverse programs, including outreach activities, workshops, day care center operations, and accommodation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to social work initiatives serving over 300 individuals, encompassing women, men, and transgender individuals outside of our accommodation facilities.
- Oversee the daily operations of our Day Care Center located in Marseille's 6th arrondissement.
- Manage and supervise a network of 30 accommodation spaces across Marseille, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents.
- Lead outreach activities and conduct awareness-raising workshops throughout Bouches du Rhône and neighboring departments to combat the exploitation and trafficking of individuals.
Leadership and Team Development
As Educational Program Manager, you will guide a team of 3 coordinators, approximately twenty social workers, and an educational assistant. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the effective implementation of all program initiatives.
- Organizing and motivating teams to achieve shared goals.
- Monitoring and evaluating team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Identifying training needs and supporting professional development opportunities for team members.
Collaboration and Strategic Planning
You will collaborate closely with Amicale du Nid's management team to:
- Develop and implement new projects and services based on identified needs, policy developments, funding opportunities, and organizational priorities.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of Amicale du Nid by providing insights and recommendations based on your experience and understanding of the field.
