Job Summary
Itinova seeks a dedicated and compassionate Educational Specialist to join our team. As an Educational Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of young individuals (11 to 21 years old) within our establishment and in external settings.
Main Responsibilities
- Accompany and support young individuals in their educational, daily life, and internship activities, both within the establishment and externally.
- Foster the development of autonomy in young individuals and support them in achieving their goals through a transdisciplinary approach.
- Coordinate actions with other educators within the team to ensure a cohesive and effective support system.
- Design and implement educational projects (individual, collective, and interdisciplinary) that cater to the diverse needs of our young individuals.
- Provide support and guidance to families, ensuring they are informed and involved in their child's educational journey.
- Prepare and submit educational reports and activity summaries to stakeholders.
- Supervise and facilitate educational meals, promoting independence and daily life skills.
- Coordinate Personalized Accompaniment Projects (PPA) for individuals under your care, fostering partnerships between various stakeholders.
- Encourage and develop collaborative relationships between project stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our educational programs.
