About the Role:

Xiaomi Technology is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing online sales performance by optimizing product listings, pricing, and inventory to boost overall digital business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance Management: Oversee and enhance online sales performance by optimizing product listings, pricing, and inventory to boost overall digital business performance.
  • Ecommerce Project Management: Manage projects related to ecommerce, including but not limited to sales, performance marketing, CRM, and product launches.
  • Advertising and Marketing Optimization: Manage and refine online advertising strategies to boost key performance indicators such as traffic and conversion rates.
  • Business Analysis and Growth: Conduct regular business reviews to analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion on ecommerce platforms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with GTM, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, ecommerce technologies, and best practices to ensure our platforms remain competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in French, English, and Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Amazon is highly desirable.
