Senior Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

Michael Kors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to join our London office. As a key member of our Digital department, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day digital operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a range of digital platforms, including transactional websites and third-party integrations.
- Improve digital workflows and ensure operational excellence across various teams.
- Develop and maintain ecommerce operations documentation and guides.
- Coordinate day-to-day website updates and testing.
- Support key business projects with the Digital Ops Manager.
- 4-5 years ecommerce operations experience, preferably in fashion retail.
- Excellent attention to detail, project-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under deadlines and build effective relationships quickly.
