Administration Officer

The Aga Khan Hospital, Kisumu is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join its Maintenance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities within the department and other departments at the hospital and its clusters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and distribute maintenance requests to concerned supervisors.
- Keep records of all requests and generate reports of services provided by the department.
- Coordinate with team leads to create a database of plants, equipment, and spare parts.
- Develop preventive maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Prepare periodic reports of maintenance and project activities.
- Provide support on planning and scheduling requirements.
- Issue tools and protective safety equipment to workers.
- Act as safety and liaison officer for the department.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the technical field or services industry is an added advantage.
- Proficient in computer applications.
