Fives Nordon, a leading name in industrial piping and boiler-making with over 120 years of experience, is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.
As part of the Fives Group, you'll contribute to shaping a more sustainable and innovative industry. Fives Nordon operates across France, serving demanding sectors like nuclear energy, various industries, and gas. With nearly 900 passionate employees, they support Energy clients in future-focused industrial projects.
Your Responsibilities:- Project Management: Collaborate with site managers to mobilize human and material resources for successful project execution.
- Implementation & Coordination: Oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budget constraints, and deadlines in close collaboration with site teams.
- Business Growth: Identify client needs, conduct market research, and develop compelling tender proposals to drive business development.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with safety and health regulations throughout all project phases.
- Supplier Management: Effectively manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials and services.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates on project status to the agency manager, keeping them informed of progress and any potential challenges.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in mechanical engineering or a related field. Proven experience in business management within the industrial sector is essential. You possess a strong service orientation, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This role offers significant autonomy and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and industry-leading company. Regional travel will be required as part of this position.
