Publicis Sapient France is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Director to join our Cloud & DevOps team in the Engineering department of our Paris office.
About the Role:We are looking for a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our security efforts and ensure the security of our clients' data and systems. As Cybersecurity Director, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with our clients' security teams to identify and implement security measures and controls
- Bringing your cybersecurity expertise to support our teams in France and Europe
- Helping to promote cybersecurity practices and implement associated tools across our portfolio of client projects
- Carrying out and documenting risk assessments for various components
- Helping to manage security alerts: detecting, assessing, and responding to them
- Ensuring our clients comply with cybersecurity laws and regulations, such as RGPD and HIPAA
- Coordinating security audits and compliance assessments for our clients
- Defining our strategy for specialist cybersecurity partnerships, from identifying partners to managing contracts
- Working with our functional teams to ensure optimal patching
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An engineering background in one of the following areas: security, network, development, etc.
- At least one previous experience in the design and implementation of security measures
- Experience in the security of public cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity governance and compliance issues
- Familiarity with IT security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, identity and access management systems, etc.
- Knowledge of network security, operational security, and functional security
- Experience of integrating technical solutions (IAM, etc.)
- Familiarity with risk assessment, analysis, and management methodologies
- A proactive approach, an analytical mind, and a willingness to take ownership of issues independently
We are looking for candidates with one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, or any other similar certification. Regularly working in international environments is also a plus.
