Cybersecurity Sales Professional

At Proofpoint, we're committed to protecting people and organizations from the ever-evolving threat landscape. As a Senior Strategic Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving new business growth across our assigned account set of approximately 15 strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, and CISOs at large-scale enterprises.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news to effectively communicate Proofpoint's value proposition.
- Convert prospects into sales by differentiating from the competition and articulating our portfolio of products and services.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in the cybersecurity or IT infrastructure marketplace.
- Ability to develop relationships at the C-level and articulate a large portfolio of products and services.
- Business acumen to understand the cybersecurity threat landscape and become a trusted advisor to CISOs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate Proofpoint's value proposition.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
