Your Role
As an integral part of our technical team, you will be tasked with the commissioning, upkeep, and diagnostics of our systems at client locations.
Your primary duties will encompass:
- Handling warranty-related equipment and executing assembly tasks
- Delivering service interventions (audits, retrofits, manufacturer visits) and refurbishment activities
- Supporting sales initiatives by educating clients on various service options during site visits
- Enhancing Carrier's reputation by ensuring high-quality service and fostering customer loyalty
Who are we looking for?
We seek individuals who embody the following qualifications:
- Educational background in Thermal Engineering, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning
- Demonstrated experience as a field technician
- Familiarity with computer applications
- Possession of electrical authorization and competency certification
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and meticulous approach
