We are seeking a highly skilled Global Logistics Process Owner to join our team at Hager Electro SAS. As a key member of our Commercial Business, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring logistics processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Logistics Processes: Develop and implement end-to-end logistics processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, D&I, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of logistics strategies.
  • Analyze and Improve Processes: Continuously analyze and improve existing logistics processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Lead Change Management Initiatives: Lead global change management initiatives related to logistics processes, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new practices.
  • Monitor Logistics Performance: Use data and analytics to monitor logistics performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive decision-making processes.
  • Manage Relationships: Manage relationships with key logistics partners and suppliers to ensure service levels meet or exceed expectations.
  • Report on Logistics Performance: Regularly report on logistics performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Support Regional Logistics Teams: Provide support, guidance, and training to regional logistics teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

  • Advanced Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing large-scale logistics projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, and German or French.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel required in Europe.
