Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead our rapidly growing Betting & Gaming Analytics team. As a key member of our Data team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality analytics that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a team of data analysts to deliver insights and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and implement analytical strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven solutions to drive business success.
- Maintain close relationships with stakeholders from business teams and partner teams on the data engineering side.
- Influence business teams to adopt data-driven decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science from a top university.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analytics tools and technologies.
- First experience in managing and growing Data Analytics teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the gaming industry and its business models.
