At our Technical and Operations Headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency within our IT architecture for telecom services.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity as a Telecom Operations Engineer involves collaborating with our dynamic team to design and implement cutting-edge solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Management and Reporting: Develop and maintain our data warehouse to ensure optimal data management and reporting.
  • Predictive Analytics: Utilize machine learning to develop predictive models that enhance our telecom services.
  • Automation and Integration: Design and operate workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, streamlining business processes and increasing automation.
  • API Integration: Create seamless API integrations, fostering data flow and interoperability between diverse tools and environments.
  • Data Visualization: Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards that provide actionable insights for our telecom operations.
  • Technical Incident Resolution: Conduct thorough diagnostics and provide diligent follow-up on technical incidents within our IT architecture.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with technical platform suppliers, mobile operators, and Transatel's technical teams to resolve technical incidents efficiently.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Telecom Operations Engineer with a strong background in data science, AI, Big Data, or IT-related fields. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Educational Background: A higher education diploma or degree in a relevant field, with a successful track record in an NOC operator (preferably Core Mobile) or IT support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in various technical skills, including databases (SQL, MySQL, MariaDB), Big Data and Data Science tools (Kafka, Spark, Spark SQL, PySpark, Hadoop, MapReduce, Microsoft Power BI, Azure Data Factory), programming languages and tools (JavaScript, Python, Jupyter Notebook, Anaconda, Linux/Unix, Virtualization, Git, GitHub, Scala, ElasticSearch, Kibana, VS Code, TensorFlow, Keras, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and Cloud, API Integration, JSON, XML, Kubernetes and/or Dockers, JIRA, Microsoft Azure).
  • Familiarity with Frameworks: Well-versed in ITIL and/or eTOM, PMP, Agile project management frameworks, and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, organization, intrapreneurship, creativity, and innovation skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Personality Traits: Organizational skills, curiosity, stress management, and effective teaching capabilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and French mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary package, which includes a fixed salary, individual bonus, half-yearly profit-sharing, and incentive schemes. Additionally, you will be entitled to up to 2 days' homeworking, 25 days' holiday, CSE, company restaurant, advantageous health insurance, and 50% reimbursement of the Navigo transportation pass or sustainable mobility package.
