We are seeking a proactive and seasoned Head of Internal Audit and Quality Assurance to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will focus on refining operational practices, achieving superior results, and elevating customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include assessing the organization's operations, procedures, risk management strategies, quality initiatives, and adherence to regulations.
- Develop, execute, and oversee internal audit mechanisms
- Conduct quality assessments and internal evaluations to ensure compliance with regulations, implement corrective measures, and report findings
- Champion the quality and operational excellence initiatives, formulate procedures, and manage the quality management system
- Establish and nurture a network of internal audit leaders across operational and functional departments
- Facilitate change management by anticipating and supporting essential enhancements in performance and operational oversight
- Oversee certification processes (Qualibail, ISO9001) and specific accreditations (Habitat Senior Services, Quali'HLM)
- Support in the prevention and management of financial, accounting, and organizational risks
This role is temporary and requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in social housing along with a degree in Audit and Control. Strong analytical capabilities, impartiality, and proficiency in data handling are crucial. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.
