We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability professional to join our team at Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability strategy and initiatives across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Sustainability Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive sustainability plans that align with our company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead Sustainability Initiatives: Oversee the development and implementation of innovative sustainability projects, focusing on areas such as supply chain optimization, waste reduction, and renewable energy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to promote our sustainability efforts and ensure alignment with our goals.
- Sustainability Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate and transparent sustainability reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Capability Development: Lead the development of sustainability skills and knowledge within our organization, ensuring that employees have the necessary expertise to drive sustainability initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in sustainability-related fields, with a proven track record of driving sustainability initiatives and achieving results.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex sustainability concepts to diverse audiences.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
