About the Role

The Mairie d'Argenteuil is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator - Events to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events and activities throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for events and activities
  • Develop and implement event plans, including logistics, marketing, and budgeting
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial accountability
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to secure sponsorships and resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including event attendees, sponsors, and vendors
  • Provide administrative support to the events team, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, project management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
