Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant QHSE Leader to join our team at NOVARES. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our production processes, as well as leading quality activities within workshops.

Main Responsibilities
  • Participate in the implementation of cost-effective product/process capability for production connected to the zone(s) or APU concerned, for all types of customer and all types of scope.
  • Responsible for the operational implementation of risk management actions on site.
  • Ensure the level of quality in production by taking general or specific quality requirements into account, coordinating and approving internal and external sorting and recovery, and monitoring product quality.
  • Participate in the development of new products, including FMECA, PPQA reviews, and control equipment, in compliance with Smart DEV.
  • Lead quality activities within workshops, including participating in APU routines and daily APU meetings, controlling and leading the establishment of quality firewalls, and conducting MPP audits.
