Legal Advisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our team at Encevo. As a member of our legal team, you will be involved in various activities across multiple countries, including identifying, preventing, and mitigating legal risks that may affect our companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and assist Encevo companies in legal aspects of their activities, particularly in business law, energy law, and mergers & acquisitions
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
• Conduct legal risk analyses and provide legal opinions and recommendations
• Collaborate in establishing structures and following up on legal aspects of operational integration of subsidiaries
• Manage and monitor litigation
• Participate in legal monitoring, contribute to knowledge management, and implement developments within the Group's entities
• Participate in drafting and implementing internal procedures

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law with a focus on commercial, corporate, or business law
• 3-5 years of experience in a company or law firm
• Good knowledge of new technology law, sales law, and/or competition law is an asset
• High capacity for analysis and synthesis, and ability to manage priorities effectively
• Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented
• Strong team spirit, with effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French
