Position: Healthcare Support Worker
Groupe FED, a prominent recruitment agency specializing in the medical and paramedical sectors, is seeking a dedicated male or female Healthcare Support Worker for a permanent role within a nursing home associated with a reputable organization in the healthcare and elderly care industry.
This establishment is committed to delivering tailored care aimed at maintaining the dignity and well-being of its residents. The facility features modern architecture and accommodates a diverse group of 80 residents, offering a variety of amenities, including a spacious garden. It welcomes individuals with varying degrees of autonomy for both long-term and short-term stays, in addition to providing day care services.
Job Specifications:
- Employment Type: Permanent Full-time (35 hours per week)
- Shift Patterns: 12-hour shifts, with variations between morning and evening hours
- Location: Accessible site with parking facilities
- Compensation: Aligned with the National Collective Agreement based on experience
- Team Composition: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, physiotherapists, and healthcare assistants
