Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Medical Care Assistant to join our team at our Parempuyre facility. As a Medical Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe and record the health and psychological status of residents, identifying potential needs and concerns.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans, in collaboration with healthcare professionals, to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
• Assist with medication administration, as directed by healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate records.
• Engage residents in activities that promote mental and physical stimulation, such as exercise, games, and social events.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Requirements

• Diplôme d'Etat d'Aide Médico Psychologique or d'Accompagnant Educatif et Social.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
