Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing two direct reports: François, junior buyer, and Maëliss, purchasing intern.
* Actively contributing to the Procurement transformation by promoting the adoption of new practices and fostering innovation.
* Contributing to the deployment of the group purchasing strategy.
* Supporting the development, alignment, and implementation of the category strategy.
* Managing purchasing projects (objectives, team, planning, governance).
* Identifying new purchasing opportunities that create value for the company in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Analyzing expenses in coordination with internal stakeholders and finance.
* Playing a key role in supplier identification, development, and relationship management.
* Driving negotiations and tenders on regional and global scale; working closely with local stakeholders to define and implement local procurement initiatives.
* Contributing to the Group's financial results by developing and implementing a performance management plan.
* Providing regular reporting to the group purchasing director, internal stakeholders, and finance.

**Requirements:**
* Master's/Bachelor's degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within international corporations.
* Strong analytical skills, along with experience in team and change management, as well as project management.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
* Conceptual thinking, a results-oriented mindset, high integrity, disciplined execution of tasks, effective influencing skills, proven leadership abilities, proficiency in building relationships and networking, and skillful application of expertise and technology.
