Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for bringing fresh strategic vision and expertise to our clients, managing day-to-day assignments and relationships, and developing strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead consulting assignments, bringing strategic vision and expertise to clients.
- Manage qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, creative thinking, and development of strategic recommendations.
- Organize and participate in customer meetings, focusing on making our work and discussions the most inspiring moments of their week.
- Ensure the excellence, strategic relevance, and creative singularity of deliverables.
- Support the lead on each project, ensuring the quality of all key aspects of the assignment.
- Graduated from a business school, university, or equivalent.
- At least 6-8 years' successful experience in strategy consulting, innovation consulting, prospective, marketing strategic, or behavioral sciences.
- Ability to combine analysis, synthesis, and creativity to translate strategic thinking into original, concrete recommendations.
- Recognized for autonomy, rigor, and proactivity.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills.
- Excellent level of both French and English (C2).
