Vous rejoignez notre équipe BOLD, Business Opportunities For L'Oréal Development, Le Fonds D'investissement Du Groupe, En Tant Qu'ASSISTANT(E) MANAGER BOLD Afin D'assister La Directrice Générale, La Directrice Investissement Ainsi Que L'équipe Dans Leur Quotidien

Compétences et Responsabilités
  • Gestion des agendas de la DG et de DI (récurrences, 1 :1 de l'équipe, partenaires internes et externes, etc.)
  • Organisation (i) des réunions de monitoring trimestrielles avec les startups / mentors de startups du portefeuille, (ii) des réunions externes avec les startups (conseil d'administration et autres réunions de gouvernance), (iii) des réunions récurrentes et autres points avec les partenaires BOLD US et Asie (Chine & Singapour) et (iv) des réunions du SteerCo (2 / an) en collaboration avec les assistantes du CoDir et du Président de BOLD
  • Organisation des offsites et autres réunions ad hoc de l'équipe, selon les besoins et les dossiers
  • Planification et organisation du Forum annuel de BOLD (acteurs et partenaires clés de BOLD) en lien avec une agence d'événementiel
  • Gestion de l'arrivée de nouveaux arrivants dans OA Pass ; préparation des listes FIT pour les nouveaux arrivants hors stagiaires
  • Gestion des fournitures (IT, de bureau, etc.) et des bons de commandes/DED dans MyMarket
  • Organisation des déplacements de l'équipe avec gestion des notes de frais associées
  • Divers : renouvellements de licences, gestion des incidents applicatifs avec MyServices, suivi des requêtes auprès du campus
  • Animation équipe : diner ou autres
Compétences et Qualités
  • Bonne connaissance de l'écosystème interne L'Oréal et sens de l'initiative et force de proposition
  • Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, teams, MyMarket, Concur
  • Sens de l'organisation et de la confidentialité ainsi que la gestion des priorités, anticipation et capacité à gérer la complexité et capacité à trouver des solutions
  • Capacité à créer du lien avec l'équipe, la direction et les partenaires internes et externes
  • Anglais courant nécessaire dans 80% + des échanges
