Overview
The Département du Val-de-Marne is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Team Lead to oversee our apprenticeship, internship, scholarship, and CIFRE (industrial training agreement for research) programs. Reporting directly to the Head of Department and his deputy, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy within the GPEEC department (11 employees).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departments to identify staffing needs, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure efficient management of various training programs.
- Manage the budget allocated to apprenticeships and internships, developing effective financial tools and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with training organizations, partner departments, and key stakeholders within the education sector.
- Provide guidance and support to apprentice masters and tutors, fostering a positive learning environment for all involved.
- Contribute to the development of informative materials, participate in communication initiatives, and actively engage in forums dedicated to internships and apprenticeships.
- Lead and mentor a team of 6 collaborators within the sector, providing ongoing support, skill development opportunities, and performance evaluations.
Required Experience
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a BAC + 5 degree in Human Resources or Public Administration Management. Proven experience in similar roles is essential, along with a demonstrated ability to lead projects proactively and effectively.
Exceptional written communication skills are required for producing clear and concise decision-making notes. A strong understanding of pre-recruitment strategies and talent retention within the context of local authorities is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach are essential for building strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and educational institutions.
