With an extensive network of 100 brands across 40 countries, the Group is committed to an ambitious transformation strategy aimed at becoming the premier global B-to-B electrical distributor, offering a fully digitalized and synchronized omnichannel experience to all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the formulation of the holding company's compensation strategy through comprehensive internal and external compensation analyses.
- Design and ensure the integrity of bonus and salary increase procedures.
- Conduct in-depth compensation analyses, focusing on compensation relative to potential and variable pay structures.
- Oversee the management of the holding company's employee benefits (healthcare, retirement, profit-sharing) and recommend appropriate modifications.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Engage in legal obligations such as social balance sheets, BDES, NAO, social reporting, and gender equality assessments.
- Collaborate with the international HR community and contribute to group HR initiatives.
- Provide strategic advice and decision-making support to management on collective and individual matters, while managing regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role within an international context, particularly with IT and support profiles.
- Strong service orientation towards internal stakeholders, project management expertise, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent stress management capabilities and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including TBC and formulas).
- Fluency in English is essential.
