Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on social action and regulations to support tenants in need.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in rental and legal management to ensure effective implementation of our social action policy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional partners, including CAF, associations, and municipalities, to promote our social mission.
  • Support tenants in social difficulties to prevent rent arrears and promote sustainable tenancy.
  • Monitor and evaluate social programs and agreements to ensure alignment with our social action policy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in social action, preferably in social housing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. You will also require excellent knowledge of disadvantaged populations and administrative, legal, and institutional systems. Strong interpersonal and writing skills are essential, as well as the ability to make autonomous decisions and persuade others.
