The Product Analytics & Data Science team at Criteo leverages innovative technology, sophisticated statistical methods, and machine learning to address intricate Product challenges. Our mission is to validate and enhance Criteo's offerings while identifying strategic opportunities that position us ahead in a rapidly changing media environment. This team combines data-driven insights with business acumen to support Product Managers in crafting and developing distinctive products.

Here’s what you can expect:
You will engage in one or more projects, tackling diverse and evolving topics, including:
- Collaborating with Measurement and R&D teams to establish a comprehensive and practical measurement framework that aids CMOs in understanding their online marketing effectiveness throughout the buyer journey.
- Enhancing Identity & Privacy solutions by refining our ability to identify users across various devices and their interactions in the open internet.
- Partnering with the Quality Ad Experience team to adjust our user-level personalization engine and delivery strategies based on contextual and audience-driven approaches.
- Investigating and contributing to the development of new marketing outcomes, including Video & CTV, Contextual, and Omnichannel strategies.
- Creating the Buyer Index, a decision support tool designed to optimize the performance of digital advertising campaigns in achieving client objectives across all addressability scenarios: addressable, cohort-based, or contextual.
- Collaborating with the Trading Strategies team to provide a suite of controls for advertisers, enhancing the effectiveness of our business models in terms of budget, audience, and targeting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing extensive data sets and transforming them into clear and actionable insights.
- Developing scalable analytical solutions utilizing advanced tools based on large and detailed datasets.
- Designing and implementing a series of analyses and tests to evaluate the impact of your solutions.
- Mastering our internal analytical datasets and reporting tools.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Economics, etc.).
- Available for a maximum of 6 months for an internship related to your studies or during a gap year.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and innovative thinking.
- Proficiency in essential Data Science tools, including:
- Python; SQL/Hive/Presto
- Handling large-scale data sets
- Constructing data pipelines
- Conducting descriptive and predictive modeling
- Creating visualizations, dashboards, and reports
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and independent work ethic.
