We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Manager - Cash Management to join our team at Deutsche Bank. As a key member of our Cash Management team, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of client implementations, ensuring seamless and efficient onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project management of client deals, ensuring timely and accurate implementation
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end implementation projects, including liaison with internal stakeholders and client communication
- Participate in the sales process, providing implementation-related expertise and supporting sales teams to sell implementation as an added value service
- Establish project plans, status reports, and statements of work for implementation projects
- Maintain client relationships and lead implementation projects, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Monitor project progress, using standard project management report templates
- Identify and coordinate documentation requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Organize client training and installation of customer access tools, working closely with internal teams and clients
- Responsible for project handover, ensuring smooth transition of implemented structures to services
- Collaborate with CMC Sales and Client Service Manager to monitor committed revenues and identify new business opportunities
- Undertake secondary responsibilities, including representation in working groups and regional/local knowledge owner responsibilities
- Internal coordinator for all DB parties, departments, and branches involved in legal negotiation, technical set-ups
- Participate in product-related workshops, training courses, and projects to maintain relevant international market and product knowledge
- Good project management experience, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and withstand stress
- Analytical, decisive, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Minimum 7 years of experience in implementation and/or cash management products treasury
- Native French and fluent English is mandatory
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Skills in e-banking and back-end systems would be an asset
