Your challenges with us

• Manage and control the status of alerts on client GTB tools
• Receive incoming requests from local or distant sites
• Identify and diagnose the origin and nature of incidents and determine corrective actions
• Trigger or organize maintenance interventions and ensure compliance with interventions

You will work in non-standard hours and may be required to work night shifts.

You will be in daily contact with our clients, representing ENGIE Solutions, and it is your responsibility to maintain a close relationship with them and propose continuous improvement axes.

You are specialized in:

• Automation and Regulation

Your profile:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or Climate Engineering
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in maintenance of systems (CVC/MT), refrigeration / GTC
• Ability to use connected tools (Tablets, GMAO…)
