Our goal is to successfully design and test a cost-effective and reusable mini-launch vehicle by 2026.
As a member of the Ground Systems team, you will be responsible for designing one or more Cryogenic or conventional Fluidic Ground systems and preparing the related operations. This will involve close collaboration with the rest of the development teams and end-to-end Industrialization functions. You will analyze Production/Operation flows, optimize non-recurring costs and recurring costs, and contribute to maintaining the definition of the MaiaSpace overall launch system.
You will lead the deployment and testing phase of the ground means and take an active part in system tests and first launch campaigns. A Master's degree or equivalent in fluid mechanics engineering is required. You should have sound knowledge of cryogenic fluids behavior and related ground means, including PID software and CFD simulation. Knowledge or experience of Agile methodologies is also necessary.
You will be joining a friendly multi-disciplinary team that follows Agile and Scrum methodologies. Our office space is located in the heart of Europe's largest purpose-built business and commercial district, with easy access to public transport. Written and spoken communication is in French and English.
