Senior Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to join our CEM Professional Services Practice in EMEA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients to translate their business requirements into practical technical solutions. This role involves leading implementations of OpenText Media Management solutions for EMEA-based customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide trusted guidance and knowledge to clients and internal teams.
* Design, document, and implement agreed solutions.
* Use project management and business judgment to manage risks and ensure client satisfaction.
* Contribute to product improvement by collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Support.
* Support the Sales team with technical expertise in pre-sales scenarios.
Requirements
* Extensive experience with Java/J2EE.
* Proficiency with Java, Javascript, CMS frameworks, Web Servers, and Application Servers.
* Experience with popular Java Stacks (Spring, Hibernate, XML Parsing) and Web Development Frameworks (Angular, React).
* Strong understanding of Application Architecture and software development principles.
* Experience with responsive design, web services, RESTful APIs, performance, and security in an enterprise context.
* Proficiency with IT infrastructure, networking, and database layers (Oracle/SQL/PostgreSQL).
* Mastery of Windows, Linux, and UNIX-based operating systems.
* Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Cloud service providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
Additional Requirements
* Bachelor of Science, Engineer's degree, or equivalent.
* Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication.
* Experience with Digital Asset Management products.
