Senior Product Validation Engineer

Qorvo, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Validation Engineer to join our team in Sophia Antipolis, France. As a key member of our Connectivity Systems Business Unit, you will be responsible for the system validation and debug of UWB, BLE, and MATTER solutions dedicated to Qorvo connectivity products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product validation plans for UWB, BLE, and MATTER products, ensuring coverage of all functional and performance requirements
- Design and maintain end-to-end test environments, internally or through partnerships, to support product-level testing
- Implement automated test scripts and tools to streamline product testing and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate test environments with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing throughout the product development lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and support product certifications as needed
- Analyze test results, defects, and issues, and provide regular reports to project stakeholders
- Participate in project reviews and provide feedback on product requirements, ensuring that system-level testability and validation requirements are considered in the design flow
- Degree in engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in wireless communication technologies
- Proven track record in product validation, testing, and quality assurance
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong knowledge of radio communication systems and standard bodies (3GPP, Wifi, BLE, or other); knowledge of UWB is a plus
- Expertise with Python programming, experience with C/C++
- Technical understanding: embedded systems, real-time OS/firmware, network & RF software layers, embedded security, and secure element
- Ability to read HW schematics, use oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and RF tester equipment
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
