Job Summary

Dream Catcher Sales is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Development Specialist to join our team in Lyon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs

• Provide sales support and guidance to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment

• Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
