We are seeking a VRD Construction Project Manager (H/F) for one of our clients based in Saint-Apollinaire.
Job Description
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating teams on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will create detailed work schedules in coordination with team leaders and stakeholders, optimizing resources and deadlines. On a technical level, you will analyze plans and specifications to identify specific project needs. You will be responsible for tracking and leveling terrain before work begins, installing and maintaining underground networks (drinking water, wastewater, dry networks, etc.), and constructing and maintaining roads, sidewalks, and parking lots.
You will monitor daily work progress, conducting regular checks to ensure that completed work meets plans and technical specifications. You will also manage material and equipment supplies, ensuring quality and compliance with deliveries. You will be responsible for administrative and financial management of construction sites, including preparing quotes, negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, and tracking invoices and payments. You will also be responsible for writing construction site reports and meeting minutes, regularly communicating with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed of work progress.
Required Profile
You hold a degree in BTP (minimum Bac +2) or equivalent experience, with significant experience in VRD construction project management. You have excellent project management and leadership skills, a good understanding of current regulations and standards, and proficiency in office software and construction management tools. A B driving license is required.
