Job Summary


At ODDO BHF, we are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Business Strategist to join our Data Excellence Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving Data & AI Technological Transformation within the Group to support business growth and data-driven decisions.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Technology Watch

    • Monitor and evaluate emerging data tools and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data science and AI to inform business decisions.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in data management and analytics.

  • New Data Science Tech Stack

    • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of cutting-edge data science technologies and tools to enhance the bank's data capabilities.
    • Provide expert recommendations to the Data Lab and IT teams on modern data tools.
    • Develop and present business cases for the adoption of new technologies.
    • Offer guidance on best practices and optimal use of data tools.

  • Deployment of AI SaaS Solutions and Change Management

    • Lead the deployment of innovative AI SaaS solutions to drive business growth.
    • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration.
    • Oversee the implementation process, ensuring compliance with bank standards and regulations.

  • Project Management

    • Define project goals, create detailed plans, and set timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Assemble the project team, assign tasks, and foster collaboration to drive project success.
    • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage the project budget to keep costs under control.

  • Change Management & Adoption of New Technologies

    • Coordinate the implementation process for new data tools and technologies.
    • Work with stakeholders to obtain necessary adoption and manage trainings.
    • Ensure thorough testing and evaluation before full-scale deployment.

About You



  • Master's Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • 6+ years of relevant working experience in Data Science & AI, Change Management, and Project management or Consulting.
  • Experience in Data Strategy, Data Transformation, Data Science, AI Technologies.
  • Good understanding of the Banking & Finance sector.
  • Experience of assisting in the implementation of Data & AI Technological solutions projects in a large organization.
  • Good communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who can handle multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail whilst understanding the bigger picture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in French or German, and English.
