About the Role

As a Project Manager - IT Systems at Legallais, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.

  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and vendors.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.

  • Develop and implement project metrics and monitoring systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT or software development environment.

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, software development methodologies, and project management principles.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
