About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Legallais. As a key member of our Digital Transformation team, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors.

  • Coordinate and manage project meetings, status updates, and communication with stakeholders.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Develop and implement project governance, including quality assurance, testing, and deployment.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
