FM Logistic is a French family-owned company founded in 1967, which has become an international group present in 13 countries, specializing in logistics services. FM Logistic Corporate is a subsidiary of the FM Logistic group, bringing together various support functions.

As the Environmental Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for leading FM Logistic's Environmental Strategy in countries where the group is established, focusing on climate action, circular economy, and regeneration.

You will also be in charge of managing the implementation of the CSRD regulation, including overseeing the person responsible for ESG reporting and data management.

You will be part of the Group's Sustainability Team and report directly to the Group's Sustainability Director. Your mission will be to implement FM Logistic's environmental strategy for a sustainable supply chain.

The main objectives are key steps to achieve FM Logistic's goals:

Carbon Neutrality of Scope 1+2 by 2030

  • Develop validated SBTI objectives and roadmap
  • Collaborate with our Construction Durable teams to integrate energy and environmental issues into warehouse design
  • Pilot the deployment of Energy Efficiency programs (Watt Watchers) in our countries, supporting Maintenance, QHSE, and Operations teams
  • Accompany our Procurement teams in energy tenders to achieve FM Logistic's goal of 100% green electricity by the end of 2024

Reduce our Scope 3 by 30% by 2030

  • Support leaders in sustainable transportation to find and measure solutions to decarbonize our transportation activities
  • Develop and deploy programs to drastically reduce waste, supporting Maintenance, QHSE, and Operations teams
  • Activate circular economy solutions

CSRD Compliance and Reporting to Business Partners

  • Develop a sustainable roadmap to publish the first CSRD report by 2026
  • Manage the ESG Data Analyst to secure ESG reporting, create and maintain ESG dashboards

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the logistics or consulting sector is highly valued
  • Business school or engineering degree
  • Project management skills, familiar with Google Suite or equivalent Microsoft tools
  • Strong relational skills
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written; another language is an asset (Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Czech, Romanian, etc.)
  • Based in the Île-de-France region (Roissy-en-France)
  • Two days of remote work per week
