POSITION OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting directly to the Director of R&D and Quality, you will spearhead and oversee the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy within Aryzta Food Solutions. As the primary liaison for the Group on CSR matters, your key responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the formulation and execution of the CSR strategy
- Managing initiatives pertinent to your area of expertise
- Offering operational, technical, and methodological support to teams engaged in CSR projects
- Setting up performance indicators and ensuring oversight in steering committees
- Advocating for the CSR ethos throughout the organization
- Crafting internal and external communication strategies in partnership with the HR department
- Keeping abreast of regulatory changes in our sector and suggesting project initiatives that align with our strategic goals
Additional Information: This is a permanent contract. Benefits include comprehensive Family Health Insurance at 90% coverage, fully funded Provident Fund, employee discounts, a telecommuting policy (2 days per week), access to an e-learning platform, and meal vouchers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will possess a BAC+5 degree, with a background in engineering or university studies, specializing in environmental science, sustainable development, or CSR. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in CSR-related fields is essential. Proficiency in project management is an advantage.
You are recognized for your organizational and analytical capabilities, with strong communication skills to effectively lead projects and teams. Your inquisitiveness will be beneficial in staying updated on emerging challenges in the industry.
