Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and robust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality Python applications and services
  • Implement and advocate for clean architecture principles to ensure a scalable, maintainable, and testable codebase
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD to automate workflows, deployments, and infrastructure management
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to uphold best practices and coding standards
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and reliability
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and CI/CD processes
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in Python development
  • Deep understanding of clean architecture principles
  • Experience in PostgreSQL, AWS, Redis, Celery, Django
  • Comfortable working with large data volumes
  • Strong troubleshooting skills backed by expertise in APM and Datadog
  • Knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL is a plus
  • Knowledge of modern CI/CD tooling and Terraform

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
