Electronics Engineer RAMS

Wabtec Corporation is a leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions and value-added services for freight and transit rail. We are seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer RAMS to join our team in La Ville aux Dames, near Tours (37).

As an Electronics Engineer RAMS, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products developed by our Engineering Department meet the contractual or regulatory requirements, while respecting the QCD objectives.

• In the offer phase: Realize the "clause to clause" of the client specifications with positioning on deliverables and expected reliability/safety performances.
• In the development phase: Write the Plan FMDS, validate the electronic architecture to meet the FMDS performances, demonstrate the FMDS performances, write the SRAC, edit the safety file, and present the safety file to a NoBo (participation in evaluation audits).
• In the operation phase: Follow the operational reliability performances (FRACAS).

• Degree Bac+5, engineer or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded electronics: railway, automotive, aerospace, nautical, military, automation, medical, etc.
• Knowledge of one of the following standards: EN 50126, EN 50129, DO178, ISO 26262, etc.
• FMDS experience on electronic development.
• A first experience in hardware/software embedded development is a plus.
• Professional English.
