Electronics Engineer RAMS

Wabtec Corporation is a leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions and value-added services for freight and transit rail. We are seeking a skilled Ingénieur RAMS électronique embarquée to join our team in La Ville aux Dames, near Tours.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ingénieur RAMS électronique embarquée to ensure that our products meet the contractual or regulatory requirements while respecting the QCD objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing RAMS strategies for electronic hardware
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop reliable and safe electronic systems
• Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation plans
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in electronic hardware development, preferably in the rail industry
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as EN 50126 and EN 50129
• Experience with FMDS development and validation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
