Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industry Process Consultant to join our Virtual Twin as a Service team at Dassault Systèmes. As an Industry Process Consultant, you will be responsible for building and simulating the Virtual Twins of our customers' factories, leveraging our expertise in digital manufacturing and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to understand and capture their manufacturing processes, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to the creation of Virtual Twins of customers' factories, utilizing our knowledge and technologies.
- Perform simulations of Virtual Twins to assess and fine-tune manufacturing performance, conducting multiple production scenarios and analyzing their impact on KPIs.
- Collaborate with project teams to execute Factory Virtual Twins projects and deliverables.
- Capture experience and ensure reusability of project deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing domain; Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering.
- Expertise in Factory Flow Simulation.
- Experience with DELMIA Digital Manufacturing on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform is a plus.
- Experience using EKL Language is a plus.
- Customer-facing experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Team player.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
