About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Coordinator to support our operations in France. As a key member of our HSE team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HSE Manager in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site visits and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to promote a safety-first culture and encourage feedback and reporting of incidents.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance safety awareness and skills.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or manufacturing sector.
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
