Vestas is a world leader in wind energy, and we are seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to support our operations in France.

The successful candidate will work closely with the France HSE Manager to focus on the O&M part of the activity, including maintenance and troubleshooting on wind turbines.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Visiting and auditing wind turbines to ensure compliance with regulatory and group requirements.
  • Supporting Area Supervisors and Lead Technicians in their safety leadership, including encouraging feedback from operations and leading corrective and preventive action.
  • Coordinating actions for the France HSE roadmap and ensuring risks are properly assessed and managed in the region.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and group requirements in the region.

Requirements for the role include:

  • A valid driver's license for daily visits across the region.
  • A Master's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a science.
  • First significant job experience in industry, preferably in energy, mechanical, or chemical sectors.
  • Experience working in ISO-certified environments and performing or being subject to audits against these standards.
  • Fluency in French and English.
