Senior HCM Functional Consultant, Advisory Consulting

About the Role
We are seeking individuals who excel at helping customers overcome HR technology challenges and who take pride in driving high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is skilled at facilitating collaboration on effective solutions and has a deep understanding of Workday concepts.

- Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver services that include:
- Feature Adoption Workshop
- Functional Review
- Health Check
- Expert Assist
About You
Basic Qualifications - Senior Functional Consultant:
- 5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience
- 5+ years of experience with one or more of the following areas: Core HCM, HCM Security, Benefits, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Absence, or Time Tracking
Other Qualifications:
- Language Skills: English and one of the following languages preferred: German, French, Italian, or Spanish. Other European languages will be considered.
- Demonstrates a solid grasp of HR-related systems and processes. Able to gain a detailed understanding of Workday concepts and new feature releases in Core HCM, areas of expertise, and cross-application features.
- Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM Products and to effectively deploy the solutions
- Experience with influencing, interacting, and collaborating with senior leaders, internally and externally
- Capable of leading and influencing design meetings toward an effective and collaborative outcome
- Ability to deliver and get results while managing to a project plan
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with global implementations is preferred
- The ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree or related experience required
- Ability to travel up to 25%
