As a Junior PMO Assistant, you will play a key role in the success of our data transformation program. Your mission will be to assist in the implementation of the program's communication plan, source and consolidate shareable information, and write and distribute communication materials to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping to design and implement the communication plan for the data transformation program in collaboration with the management team
  • Sourcing and consolidating shareable information to ensure the visibility of the Program's actions by interviewing its participants
  • Writing and distributing communication materials (newsletters, press releases, presentations) to inform and engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Organizing communication events such as webinars, workshops, or training sessions
  • Managing and improving a time tracking system for the team's dedication to the program, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
  • Animating the recharge process and budgetary planification and updates
  • Managing the catalog of services offered to guarantee its clarity and efficiency and assure the connection with the accounting team to keep track of the budget
  • Serving as the primary contact for all internal and external inquiries related to the data transformation program
  • Sorting, prioritizing, and routing requests to the appropriate team members
  • Monitoring requests and responses to ensure effective and responsive management

Requirements:

  • Higher education in project management or a related field
  • Experience in communication, ideally in a digital or data context
  • Appetence for data topics
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English. Spanish would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in project tracking and communication tools
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and precision
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment

Internship details:

  • Internship contract (6 months, flexible)
  • Full-time
  • Start date: July 2024
  • Based at Edenred HQ, 16 Boulevard Garibaldi, 92310 Issy – Les – Moulineaux
