Position Summary
As an integral member of our Digital Marketing Solutions team, you will work closely with the Lead Product Owner and fellow Product Owners to facilitate daily operations. Your role will involve collaboration in an agile environment, focusing on Salesforce products and engaging with development teams, business units, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in identifying and gathering requirements from internal stakeholders through workshops and collaborative efforts across the organization.
- Receive training on deployed Salesforce products and assist in their integration and acceptance among internal users.
- Support the management of the product backlog, including ticket creation, planning, prioritization, review, and maintenance.
- Contribute to the conceptualization of solutions and the drafting of user stories, ensuring clarity in functional specifications and acceptance criteria while considering technical implications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for users, along with product and feature presentation materials.
- Identify and assess data for effective utilization within developed solutions, including analytics as necessary.
- Assist the team in testing functionalities that have been developed.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with a keen interest in technology and digital transformation. You should possess strong curiosity, active listening skills, and the ability to teach effectively. Organizational skills, autonomy, and proficiency in both written and verbal communication in French and English are essential.
