About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality System Manager to join our growing team in Bouches-du-Rhône. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client's quality management system meets customer requirements, company standards, and regulatory compliance.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and maintain the quality management system, including certifications.
- Support other processes in deploying quality improvement initiatives.
- Supervise daily activities of the quality management process, including personnel management.
- Prepare all processes/procedures for signing.
- Coordinate customer experience improvement projects.
- Establish, implement, and supervise the customer satisfaction process.
- Conduct audits on the process, lead external audits, and manage audit actions/conclusions follow-up.
- Serve as the primary interface with customers regarding the internal quality management system.
- Coordinate and manage customer audits.
Your Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in Aeronautical and/or Quality field.
- Significant experience in quality system management and team leadership.
- Fluent English speaker with in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, EN9100 / AS9100 standards.
- Knowledge of ISO14001 standard is an asset, as well as AQAP 2110 and 2130.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams in a complex environment.
