We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Operations IT Product Owner to join our Commercial Aircraft business at Airbus. As a key member of our Digital Department, you will be responsible for leading the IT Solutions Portfolio/Project for Flight Ops, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture, Airbus Digital strategy, and objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, structure, and prioritize needs for new and improved services.
- Define and validate the right functional solution to answer business needs, inline with existing landscape and design.
- Organize delivery activities with the supply chain, ensuring Time, Cost, and Quality (from detailed specifications to development).
- Lead the scoping of applications for their MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and future releases, ensuring consensus with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and contribute to the solutions implementation.
- Monitor daily applications issues and propose corrections and improvements.
- Organize Project major milestones in line with IM Quality plan.
- Contribute to the future of Technical Data within the Technical Data Modernization program.
Your Requirements:
- Educated to 5-year degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology.
- At least 5-year experience in IT Project Management, Functional Specifications, and Functional validation.
- Rigorous in requirements capture and project management.
- Risk-based approach and ability to manage escalation process.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Good autonomy and ability to work in complex environments (unexpected changes, scope unclear).
- Team Player and collaborative mind-set.
- Strong soft skills, proactive, constructive, supportive, and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge on Aircraft Technical Data/Documentation on Flight Ops is a plus.
Language Skills:
Advanced level in French and English.
